Where there’s smoke, there’s fire… and a menu of wood (Tamarack, anyone?) for carefully curating the precise smoke and flavour impart to each dish on the menu. Meat eaters rejoice – did somebody say Tomahawk? Seafood and sides from land and sea to surprise.

In fact, Ontario wines comprise about 20 percent of their approximately 1,000 bottle cellar. Home is where the hearth is.
Additional wines are mostly a selection of European labels, with a strong emphasis towards organically, or biodynamically grown wines made in a low-interventionist, oftentimes natural, manner, and aged in either neutral barrels, stainless steel, concrete, or amphorae. The team at Flame + Smith seek wines that express ‘terroir’ – the place they were grown.
