North America’s largest outdoor wine festival returns this year from July 11th to 13th to downtown Chicoutimi, Quebec. Festival des Vins de Bromont
The first edition of the ‘Festival des Vins de Bromont’ (Bromont Wine Festival) will take place on July 13th and 14th at Le Roux Buvette & Caviste in Bromont. Presented by the National Bank of Canada and welcoming Élyse Lambert, Master Sommelier and 5th in the Best Sommelier in the World competition in 2016 as spokesperson, the Festival will feature around twenty Quebec winemakers and agencies, as well as local farmers, producers and other exhibitors. Live music and a BBQ will also be at the rendezvous.
“We wanted to create a unifying and animated event, aligned with our mission to showcase local wines and products,” says Jean-Benoit Hinse, co-owner and co-founder of Le Roux, Buvette & Caviste. “With this festival, attendees will be able to talk with local winemakers and agents, taste exceptional wines, have a drink with friends, have fun and eat well.
