From peat to poetry: raise your glass with these exceptional single malt Scotch selections for Burns Night
It’s not like we ever really need a reason to enjoy a dram (or two) of Scottish single malt whisky. That said, each year, on January 25th, it’s practically a duty for whisky aficionados to pull the stopper, pour a measure, and raise a toast to the late Scottish poet Robert (Robbie, Rabbie, or however you choose to spell his name) Burns.

Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 Years Old

Laphroaig Quarter Cask
This expression begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to small quarter casks. The result is a whisky offering up aromatics of peat-tinged fireplace embers with hints of coconut and banana as well as the characteristic Laphroaig punch and power.
