The Everly Restaurant & Lounge (aptly nicknamed ‘The Everly’) opened in December of 2019 and just last December they opened The Everly Wine & Provisions Shop next door to the restaurant.

Proud to offer the finest of Kingston Ontario’s food scene, the restaurant works with over 20 farmers and food producers in the area year-round to bring customers the best quality ingredients on a seasonal rotation menu. Their wine list focuses on low intervention wines made by small producers both locally and internationally. In total, The Everly Restaurant and Everly Wine & Provisions Shop cellar has 2,500 bottles, to which 25 percent (of the restaurant’s wine) is dedicated to supporting local wines from Ontario. The bottle shop offers 35 percent local wines.
