Unique terroir-focused festival brings together international wineries from Napa, Spain, Barolo, and beyond
Top Drop Vancouver and Top Drop Calgary return later this May, with continued focus on sustainably-farmed, handcrafted wines offering a distinct sense of place, without heavy-handed winemaking trickery to get in the way.
Over three days of Main Event grand tastings (Vancouver: May 14 & May 15, Calgary: May 17), Top Drop offers Vancouver and Calgary’s wine enthusiasts and professionals the opportunity to attend walk-around, casual soirée-styled tastings where sips and stories from the principals of dozens of international wineries will be on offer with exclusive pours, new releases, and exciting new finds.
With partial proceeds going to Vancouver’s B.C. Hospitality Foundation and Calgary’s Trellis Society, Top Drop’s Main Events will be enjoyable, intimate experiences where everything from sparkling wines to rich, rugged reds will be poured. A handful of craft cider, and an array of international artisan cheeses will be on tap, as well.
For those in the wine retail or restaurant trade, there are exciting afternoon trade sessions that are now open for registration, too!
