For more than 70 years, Bodegas Latúe has worked to reflect the character of our land and the people who tend it. Sustainability has guided our way of doing things from the very beginning, passed down through generations who understood the value of caring for the vineyards long before it became a global priority.
Bodegas Latue
Founded in 1954 in the heart of Spain, Latúe has grown thanks to the commitment of local families who believed in a more mindful, respectful approach to viticulture. Today, more than 480 partners form the Latúe Family—a group of growers and professionals united by the same purpose: to protect our environment and honour the legacy we have inherited.
Over the decades we have remained at the forefront of organic winemaking in Europe, expanding our work to include vegan and sulfite-free wines as well. Each bottle is shaped by the landscapes of La Mancha and by the hands that work the vines with patience and dedication.
Wine is made of much more than grapes. It carries the rhythm of the seasons, the memories of the people who craft it and the moments we create when we open a bottle. As we often say at Latúe: “In every bottle we keep a moment, a memory, an emotion. But the real story begins when it is shared.”
Our long-term commitment to responsible winemaking is also reflected in the certifications we have earned over the years: organic certification since 2000, IFS since 2010, vegan certification since 2014, and the ISO 14001 environmental certification obtained in 2023. Together, they represent a journey built on care, respect and a deep connection to the land that sustains us.
