Your wish is our desire, and we have the option to have one of our renowned chefs from our award-winning Edgewater Manor fine-dining restaurant prepare a food pairing to compliment your chosen wines.
Avoid the crowds and take advantage of our Niagara location as you spend the day with us, absorbing the picturesque surroundings. Past clients have incorporated yoga and lawn games within the privacy of our sprawling grounds, along with art lessons and creating their own signature cocktails. Alternatively, if you are looking to learn more about vineyard management or simply what’s in your bottle, we can delve into what happens at our Core Winery with our knowledgeable staff.

With the ability to accommodate up to 40 guests inside our decedent private dining rooms or wine cellar, and 150 outside in our bright and airy tent (seasonal operation), we can create a one-of-a-kind event that stands out.

When we forayed into the world of fine dining back in 1977 with the opening of Buccaneer Seafood & Steakhouse, little did we imagine where this incredible journey would take us. Our estate properties over the years have included prestigious GTA classics ‘The Old Barbour House’, ‘Gatsby’s’, ‘Terrace on the Green’ and ‘Edgewater Manor’. From luxurious lakeside mansions to countryside estates, extensive grounds featuring waterfalls and gazebos and castle-like vineyards; whatever the size of your event, we have you covered.
With an emphasis on opulent décor curated from across the world, creative culinary concoctions, high quality ingredients, outstanding customer service and breathtaking backdrops, we provide an experience as opposed to just an event. Our properties offer gourmet steaks and fresh seafood with an extensive selection of fine wines which have been hand-picked by our in-house sommelier.
