A true downtown Toronto institution, Harbour Sixty has redefined the steakhouse experience since opening in 1999. Housed in the historic Harbour Commission Building, it blends timeless tradition with modern luxury, offering a setting as iconic as the dining itself.

Christian P. Hamel is the wine director and head sommelier at Harbour Sixty.
At the heart of the restaurant’s reputation is Executive Chef Solomon Mason, whose culinary direction balances refined technique with bold creativity. Every dish—whether from the à la carte menu or a signature cut from the in-house dry-aging program for both beef and fish—is meticulously crafted to engage all the senses. Elegant presentation, premium ingredients, and uncompromising standards ensure each plate delivers an unforgettable experience.
Equally distinguished is Harbour Sixty’s world-class wine program, overseen by Christian Perreault Hamel in collaboration with Master Sommelier Alexander Powell. With an astonishing 23,000 bottles and 3,200 individual selections, the collection is among the most extensive in Canada. From grand crus of Burgundy and legendary Super Tuscans to natural wines, cult California bottlings, and the country’s largest grower Champagne selection, the cellar spans vintages dating back to the 1920s. The result is a program that reflects extraordinary breadth, depth, and sophistication, offering something for every style, origin, and occasion.
