Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Dillon’s Rose Gin
• 0.25 oz Dillon’s Gentian
• 0.25 oz Dillon’s Niagara Grenadine
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1 Egg white
• Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 20-30 seconds.
2. Add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosty and cold.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and enjoy!
